I've had a lot of time off work this summer for the kitchen remodel, but now I'm back at work. I've caught up on the patients and what has been happening. Both our Berlin heart recipients have had their transplants and have gone home. Neither would be here today without that chance on the Berlin to extend their chance of getting a heart. The youngest, 9 mos. had his for 6 mos waiting. Coming back, we now have a new patient on a Berlin: swine flu is being ruled out, yet suspected. What a team!
