OK, so I'm enjoying a beautiful morning walk, which in southern Cal is not an unusual event almost anytime of the year, and I look up and see this??!

That is indeed a treadmill on the balcony! And right across the street is the path around the beautiful Lake! Getting your exercise, but too lazy to leave the apartment!
