When we were in San Clemente, I had planned to get all my vacation pictures in albums. However, I didn't find these albums until right before we left. The Aaron Bros. store was moving and they had a HUGE sale. I got both these archival albums for $6.98!
Well, I finally sat down with all my pictures. They wouldn't all fit it one, so the white album is everything leading up to and including that GREAT wedding and the black album for everything after the wedding. It only took me about 2 1/2 hrs. Yeah!!
I just finished a couple hard days at work and I am exhausted. We're using a new ECMO pump and trying to work out the kinks. Unfortunately, the last two night the oxygenator failed. As it fails, it foams out plasma. We had to capture the plasma in a baby diaper and weigh it so we could replace the fluid. It was foaming like crazy. We kidded we were in an "I Love Lucy" show with too much laundry soap in the washer! Hourly out, hourly in until it failed so bad we had to replace the entire circuit. Twice! Of course, in the middle of the night! Oooh, I love it! (Hippa privacy, so this is only an example, not the real deal.)
Good morning, Taylor, is that your cereal bowl?? ****** Good morning Sean! Hey, weren't you sitting there on the computer when we went to bed last night???
We had lunch on San Clemente Pier. The best place for lunch. Oh, the spinach salad, a glass of wine, the waves. . . and the sun was behind the clouds-didn't even need the umbrellas! Perfect.
Our Anniversary!! One quarter of a century. . . that's longer than our parents. We are pretty darn lucky. We had dinner at one of our favorite restaurant in Dana Point harbor. Our table looked out over the harbor. Good food, good wine and great company.
The boys joined in the celebration. They were on their best behavior until. . .
Taylor coats them in a powder with nutrients like calcium.
Then he takes the top off the terrarium.
Mr. G, the gecko, gets very excited when the top of the terrarium comes off. He climbs up to get as high as he can. Sometimes, he even jumps up to get out. He's very athletic, can walk up glass and walls, but not on the ceiling.
Taylor sprinkles the crickets in and they run all over. Mr. G only attacks when he sees the movement. So he is in attack mode.
He got a cricket in his mouth!! He moves so fast, I can't catch it on film. Dinner!!
